Where are you located, I can’t find your address?

Nerds 2 You is a service that goes to you for all services. There is no retail location for clients to go to, all services are performed by appointment only at your location.

What information do you need when I contact you?

A description of the issue you are having and the type of device (desktop or laptop, Windows or Apple PC) Having the model make and model of your computer is required if parts may be necessary for the repair such as laptop screen replacements or laptop fan replacement etc.

Where can I find the make and model of my computer?

All brand name computers have a sticker from the manufacturer that list the model number and usually also the serial number. Desktop computers generally have a sticker on the sides or back.
